8:43:34! The fastest Ironman debut in history for Mary Beth Ellis... not in my lifetime could I accomplish a time like that... awesome...

My first day...NOT

Well this really isn't my first day, I have been thinking about doing a blog for some time. The challenge is what to start with.  My goal is to start with some of my firsts with running and now triathons. My friends have asked me to post some of my experiences that I wrote about in a Tri or running magazine, I think I will start here to see what you all think...
